Recipe for a ketosis friendly cupcake.
For the frosting:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tbsp of coconut oil or melted cocoa butter
- 1 Tsp of lemon juice
- Celery stalk
- Salt and Pepper
For the cake:
- A handful of almonds
- 4 eggs
- 1 slice of fried bacon for flavor
- chopped veggies like red pepper and celery for flavor
Blend all cake ingredients and bake at 350
Melt cocoa butter and blend all frosting ingredients. Use pastry bags to store ingredients.
